2007-07-02 Showa Park Triathalon

Details: This event has a 750M swim, 20K bike, and a 5K run

A great sprint triathlon for the advanced that want to win and the beginner that wants to finish. Each distance is managable . The swim is actually around the Rainbow Pool at Shoa Park which is only about 4 ft deep.

On July 2, 2007 Yokota striders won 1 individual gold medal (Great Job Lora) and striders won the team gold medal.
